RENT A WHEEL...Don't get SCAMMED like I did...

I got a set of wheels and tires from rent a wheel in Spartanburg SC. My cash pay off was supposed to be $2156.99 as stated on my contract including tax. They added a VIP program $60.62, I told them I did not want the VIP program, on the contract I signed it states that the program is optional... Needless to say the Manager said that the VIP program is mandatory... Hmmm. So I've made 3 payments that should have brought my total to $436.99 but the manager wrote that my payoff is $703.69...
